Paws & Pals is a local Therapy Dog group that we are so blessed to have been a part of for many years. The program is supported by two area churches, Southland Christian Church
and Crossroads Christian Church. We are so fortunate to have their support financially and more importantly their guidance spiritually. The Paws & Pals program is made up of around
40 therapy dogs and their handlers making us one of the largest single group of Therapy Dogs in Kentucky. We regularly visit many local health care facilities and participate in
additional functions throughout the year. All dogs in the program must be registered as a Therapy Dog and we are happy to help anyone with this process if their dog is not already
registered. In addition to spreading God's love using therapy dogs, we also gather regularly just for fellowship.
If you are interested in learning how to become a registered therapy dog team, contact Karen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PAWS and PALS also have fun and meet outside of therapy dog work. Pets compete in friendly Races, Hot Dog Eating Contests, Catching Competitions, and more, providing fun day at the park for both owner and pet.
